Good to Know (House Rules & Booking)

To ensure the most pleasant experience for all our guests, the following applies:

• Booking: Reserve your spot via our website using your unique credits linked to your membership.
• Check-in: Please check in personally at the spa reception upon arrival.
• Age Limit: 18 years (16 years when accompanied by a guardian).
• Environment: We maintain a safe and fresh environment. Swimwear is mandatory. Please stay home if you have symptoms of illness or an infection.
• Food & Drink: Outside food and drinks are not permitted. A selection of food and beverages is available for purchase on-site.
• Consideration: Please photograph with respect for other guests' privacy. We are not responsible for personal valuables.

Terms and Conditions for Membership – Obie Spa

1. Membership and Age Limit
To be eligible for membership at Obie Spa, you must be at least 18 years of age. Membership is personal, and the transfer of membership to another person is not permitted.

2. Payment Terms and Direct Debit (Autogiro)
We offer memberships via direct debit with commitment periods of 3, 6, or 12 months. After the commitment period has ended, the membership continues on a rolling monthly basis. The first monthly fee is paid directly upon signing. The monthly fee via direct debit is protected against price increases during the commitment period (max 12 months), after which price adjustments may occur.

3. Cancellation and Freezing

Cancellation: The notice period is one (1) month and can only be initiated after the agreed commitment period has expired.

Freezing: Memberships with a 12-month commitment period can be frozen for one (1) month without the requirement of a medical certificate.

4. Booking and Spa Usage
Bookings are made via your personal member page. In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, a fee corresponding to the regular price of the visit will be charged.

5. Opening Hours and Menus
The membership and its benefits follow the standard opening hours of Obie Spa and connected outlets to the membership. Offers regarding food apply to Heurlins' à la carte menu (unless otherwise stated).

6. Membership Wristband
To access your member benefits, discounts, and spa entry, you must always present your personal membership wristband to the staff on-site.

7. Conduct and Responsibility
Obie Spa is a place for peace and recovery. As a member, you are expected to conduct yourself in a manner that does not disturb other guests or staff. It is the member's responsibility to follow the hotel’s house rules and instructions for the use of equipment.

Conducting private or competing business activities within our premises is strictly prohibited. Violation of rules may lead to immediate suspension and, in some cases, legal action. Obie Spa is not responsible for the loss of personal property on our premises.

8. Personal Data (GDPR)
Member data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is the member's responsibility to promptly notify Obie Spa of any changes to their contact information.

9. Adjustments and Rights
Obie Spa reserves the right to make changes regarding opening hours and prices with reasonable notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership if we believe a customer risks ill health/injury, or if our house rules for a pleasant environment are not followed. Obie Spa reserves the right to update these general terms and conditions as needed.
